CHINA PRESS: Bond defaults could increase as China's tight regulations are
expected to be maintained, China Securities Journal reported Tuesday. 
  - Future regulation may increase requirements on leverage ratio; while the new
rules to regulate wealth management products are an important effort to increase
supervision, an analyst said; 
  - As China's bond market will further open up this year, the PBOC is using
rules to advance the derivative market, said the journal, quoting Gao Fei,
deputy inspector of the financial market bureau at the PBOC.
