Fed Funds rate range? 1.75% to 2.00%
Any dissents? YES, Bullard wanted a 50 bps cut. George and Rosengren 
wanted 2%-2.25%. 
Any announcements relating to a Standing Repo Facility, Balance Sheet, 
or IOER? Both IOER, ON RRP Rate lowered by 30 bps. IOER to 1.80%; ON RRP 
to 1.70%. No mention of SRF, balance sheet expansion. 
Median projection of Fed Funds Rate at End of 2019? 2020? 2021? 2022? 
Longer-Run? 1.9% in 2019, 1.9% in 2020, 2.1% in 2021, 2.4% in 2022, and 
2.5% over the longer-run.  
Does the statement change the phrase the FOMC "will act as appropriate 
to sustain the expansion"? No. 
Does the statement change the phrase "will continue to monitor the 
implications of incoming information for the economic outlook"? No. 
Is the uncertainty language changed? No. 
Is the inflation langauge changed in the first two paragraphs? No.

The FOMC cut rates by 25 bps and lowered both the IOER and ON RRP rate 
by 30 bps. No changes to paragraphs 2 or 3 of statement. The FOMC notes 
that the economic expansion will continue, while inflation for items 
other than food and energy are running below 2 percent. 
FOMC continued to say that "uncertainties to the outlook remain." 
The FOMC remains divided with 3 dissents. Bullard supported a 50 bps cut 
and George and Rosengren supported 2%+ rates.
