Cash Marginally Cheaper Early On

US TSYS

A marginal cheapening bias has been observed in early Asia cash trade, leaving the major Tsy benchmarks flat to 1bp cheaper across the curve, operating within the confines of Monday’s ranges. Meanwhile, TYZ2 sticks to a narrow -0-04+ range, operating comfortably above Monday’s late NY low in the wake of the previously outlined late NY vol., dealing +0-02+ at 110-21+.

  • News flow has been very limited thus far, leaving regional participants to digest Monday’s moves and macro stories.
