Climb Off Lows Ahead Aug NFP

US TSYS SUMMARY
Tsy futures running weaker across the board -- but inching gradually off lows over the last 3 three hours or so. Average volumes (TYZ>285k) as markets await Aug NFP data (1.350M est vs. 1.763M for July; private payrolls 1.294M est vs. 1.462M for July). Tsys scaled back a large portion of Thu's curve flattening rally w/sources reporting better selling in long end from Asia and Europe bank and insurance portfolios. Lot of street and dealer commentary over exiting crowded steepeners given wk's steady flattening. Still interest in steepeners via futures and options. Update:
