(Bloomberg) -- The Republic of Croatia, rated Baa2 (positive) by Moody’s, BBB+ (positive) by S&P and BBB+ (positive) by Fitch, has mandated Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UniCredit/Zagrebacka banka to arrange a Global Investor Call on Monday 4 March 2024 at 14:00 UKT / 15:00 CET.

  • A new EUR-denominated Reg S benchmark offering with a 10-year maturity will follow, subject to market conditions. Relevant stabilisation regulations (including ICMA/FCA) apply.
