Crude front month is still holding onto some earlier losses despite a rally towards the previous close levels in reaction to the updated US CPI data.

  • The US CPI for April was more or less in-line with expectations at MoM 0.4% and YoY 5.5%.
    • Brent JUL 23 down -0.3% at 77.18$/bbl
    • WTI JUN 23 down -0.3% at 73.47$/bbl
    • Brent JUL 23-AUG 23 up 0.01$/bbl at 0.18$/bbl
    • Brent DEC 23-DEC 24 down -0.06$/bbl at 3.1$/bbl
    • WTI JUN 23-JUL 23 down -0.01$/bbl at 0.08$/bbl
    • WTI DEC 23-DEC 24 down -0.03$/bbl at 3.54$/bbl
