  • Says the US 'will maintain a holistic approach to China, including looking at non-market economic concerns'. Says that 'China's state aid and non-market policies and practices are a serious threat'
  • 'Indo-Pacific economic framework will require binding commitments from trading partners'. Adds that the framework will be 'closely consulted' with Congress.
