DOLLAR: DXY has moved lower and sits at ~97.38 as the greenback underperforms
all of its G10 peers, barring the yen after U.S. President Trump said that the
"Fed would be foolish" to hike rates this month, adding that he needs rate
flexibility as Washington is waging several trade battles. Meanwhile, Trump
struck a positive note on China relations & trade matters. 
- DXY bears need a break of 97 and the 50-dma at 96.42 to change the outlook,
opening 96.21, which represents the 38.2% retracement of 93.81-97.69. On the
topside traders focus on a break of the treble-top resistance area at 97.50/55,
before challenging the ytd high at 97.69.
