East Coast Cold and Higher LNG Exports Support US Natgas

A colder weather forecast for the Eastern US and higher deliveries to LNG terminals are supporting US Natgas prices.

    • US Natgas NOV 22 up 2.4% at 6.75$/mmbtu
  • Temperatures in the East are expected to be below normal throughout the two week period while the West will see above normal temperatures. Lower 48 dry gas demand is today near normal at 64.2bcf/d.
  • Gas deliveries to US LNG export terminals are today estimated at 11.1bcf/d with an increase of 0.5bcf/d in flows to Sabine Pass from yesterday.
  • US production is strong up at 102.2bcf/d yesterday while exports to Mexico are just slightly down at 6.3bcf/d.
