Ecuador's Oil Production Recovers to 90%

Ecuadorian oil production has recovered to about 90% of its level prior to recent protests. The ministry of mines and energy said on Monday production was at 461,637 barrels per day.

  • For just over two weeks, Ecuadorian oil production was running at around 50% because of the protests, resulting in just shy of 2mn bbls of lost production over that period.
