EGB Supply for W/C Feb 22 (1/2)

EUROZONE ISSUANCE

Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy (twice) and Germany have sold bonds this week for a combined total in nominal terms of E16.8bln, down from the E32.8bln sold last week.

  • Belgium sold E2.309bln vs a target of E1.8-2.3bln on Monday: E755mln of the 0.80% Jun-25 OLO, E803mln of the 0.80% Jun-28 OLO and E751mln of the 1.25% Apr-33 Green OLO.
  • On Tuesday, the Netherlands sold E1.715bln of the 0.50% Jan-40 Green DSL vs a E1.5-2.5bln target.
  • Also Tuesday, Italy sold E2.5bln of the of the Sep-22 CTZ (the top of its E2.0-2.5bln target range). There was no accompanying BTPei auction following the syndication of the new 0.15% May-51 BTPei last week.
  • On Wednesday, Germany allotted E3.320bln of the 0% Feb-31 Bund with an issuance volume of E4bln.
