Egypt Likely Pulls Second Recent LNG Cargo via Jordan
LNG
The LNG vessel Minerva Limnos delivered a US LNG cargo to Jordan over the weekend according to ICIS.
- The gas is expected to flow back via pipeline to Egypt, which is importing more gas as local production fails to keep up with domestic demand.
- It would mark the second recent cargo via Jordan after the Flex Volunteer delivery April 14.
- The Hoegh Galleon FSRU is still on its way to Egypt to allow the country to import its own cargoes in future and should arrive around mid-June.
