  • SPX leading/lagging sectors: Consumer Discretionary (-1.71%) weighed down by auto makers (Ford, GM and Tesla all -2.25-2.50%) and consumer durables (VFC -5.72%, WHR -3.10%). Industrials (-1.53%) and Financials (-1.26%) follow, consumer finance and capital market names weighing on the latter (COF -4.31%, SYF -4.13%).
  • Leaders: Communication Services (+0.66%), Energy (+0.56%) and Health Care (0.35%) sectors outperformed, Meta (+1.54%) and Google +1.68% underpineed the former.
  • Dow Industrials Leaders/Laggers: Bouncing back from Wed's selling United Health (UNH) +8.94 at 485.18, JNJ +1.20 at 170.96, Merck (MRK) +1.0 at 109.79. Laggers: Home Depot (HD) -10.65 at 313.04, Caterpillar (CAT) -7.50 at 245.32 and Microsoft (MSFT) -4.26 at 231.55.
