EURO-DOLLAR: EUR/USD deals at $1.1367 & sticks to a tight range after it slipped
85 pips or so yesterday on the back of broader dollar strength. 
- Bears need a clean break below the 21-DMA, around where the rate currently
sits, before challenging the Nov 16 lows of $1.1322. Bulls keep an eye on the
psychologically significant $1.1400 level, as a break above would open up
yesterday's high at $1.1472. 
- As a reminder, the EU Commission will deliver its verdict on the Italian
budget situation later today (some have suggested this could come around 11:00
GMT), while UK PM May is heading to Brussels for talks on future relations with
the EU. 
- European focus this week turns to ECB Oct meeting minutes & EZ consumer
confidence on Thursday, as well as flash PMIs & German final GDP reading due
Friday. Elsewhere, a number of ECB speakers figure on Thursday & Friday.
