EURO-STERLING
EURO-STERLING: EURGBP's rebound last week is now running out of steam ahead of
the key resistance in the 0.8797 area, where the 50-dma also currently
intervenes. Daily momentum indicators are also turning lower, consistent with a
potential correction of last week's gains, before a more concerted attempt to
break higher takes place. Corrective pullbacks should be limited to the 0.8705
area (50% retarcement), from where a renewed move higher is possible, given the
bullish technical structure developed last week. A break above 0.8797 will
trigger another bullish signal, opening the way to 0.8885, representing the
200-dma.
