EURO-DOLLAR: Euro opened in Asia at $1.1793 toward the lower side of the $1.1758
to $1.1862 range witnessed yesterday, where hopes the Trump administration will
shortly unveil a stimulative tax reform plan encouraged broad-based US dollar
strength. In the absence of any economic data in Asia, local traders expect
sideways consolidation ahead of the European open. They also note, large option
expiries for today between $1.1800 and $1.1805 for E1.03 billion that may act to
contain the near term range. Hourly resistance is located at $1.1810, while
support is found at $1.1758 (Sep26 low).
