US DATA: Factory orders -1.4%, just below the -1.3% exp, with durable 
goods orders rev up slightly to -3.6%. Nondurable goods orders +0.8% on 
petro and coal products. 
- Factory orders ex transportation +0.4%.
- Nondefense capital goods new orders -1.6%, and -0.3% ex aircraft.    
- Total factory shipments were +0.6% in Jan, with nondefense capital 
goods shipments -0.1%, and still -0.1% ex aircraft.
- Factory inventories +0.3%, so combined with the advance estimates 
for retail (+0.8%) and wholesale inventories (+0.7%), this would result 
in +0.6% for business inventories.
