US TSYS: Fairly muted re-open for Tsy futures, with T-Notes trading where they
closed on Tuesday, while U.S. stock index futures have been hit hard from the
off. DJIA futures down ~250 points at writing.
- Front end of the Eurodollar strip coming under some modest pressure at the
re-open following yesterday's closure. As a reminder 3-Month USD LIBOR set
~2.7bp higher Wednesday. EDM9 out through the golds trading higher by 0.5 to 1.5
ticks early on.
- Focus Thursday falls on re-scheduled ADP data, ahead of Friday's NFP release,
as well as services PMI/ISM surveys & factory/durable goods orders. Fedspeak due
from Quarles & Bostic.
- T-Notes last 120.02+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields closed at 2.914% on
Tuesday.
