  • Finance Minister Rodrigo Cerda explained Chile is studying potential amendments to the rules of the country's fuel price stabilization mechanism, or Mepco, to reduce the burden of higher fuel prices on the population.
  • The Chilean lower house's constitution commission will begin to discuss several bills that seek to allow another round of pension withdrawals on August 11, commission president Marcos Ilabaca told reporters.
