GILT SUMMARY: Following a stormy session with her cabinet UK Prime Minister
Theresa May now faces the 1922 Committee later today.
- The rally in UK gilts has partially reversed since mid morning, with the curve
continuing to flatten on the day.
- The benchmark 2-year gilt yields trades at 0.735% off a morning of 0.714%
while the 10-year yield has reversed to 1.461% from 1.442%.
- The 2s10s spread has narrowed to 71.9bps from 73.2bps, while the 2s30s has
traded down to 112.7bps from 113.5bps
- The Dec Gilt future trades at 122.09 from a morning high of 122.3.
- There has been little movement in inflation breakevens this morning. 
- The short sterling futures strip is broadly 2.0-3.0 ticks higher. 
- Cable has remained under pressure since the European open.
