Freeport LNG Resumes Full Operations

LNG Tankers began loading at Freeport LNG in Texas, as full operations resume, according to Pipeline & Gas, citing Reuters.
- The Shinshu Maru LNG tanker was moored at Freeport LNG on May 15, while the Flex Vigilant departed May 15, LSEG data showed.
- Three other tankers, the Ignacy Lukasiewicz, the LNG Enterprise and the Prism Courage, are waiting offshore to load.
- Freeport’s feedgas intake today is at 2.113 bcf/d, near the normal level of around 2.2 bcf/d.
- In late March, Freeport LNG said that it expected two of three LNG trains to be shut until May for inspection and repairs, while train 3 operated.
- However, train 3 shut temporarily April 11.
- Each of Freeport’s LNG trains produces around 0.7 bcf/d of natural gas.
