CABLE: GBPUSD touched highs of $1.3175 yesterday before easing through NY after
Ireland's PM indicated the chances of sealing deal in November were low. 
- Volumes remained light through Asia, the USD rallied with cable easing to
$1.3121.
- The Guardian reported that a crucial cabinet meeting to agree the UK's Brexit
negotiating position has been pushed back from Thursday to the weekend or early
next weekend.
- Yesterday's high at $1.3175 provides near-term resistance with bulls targeting
a break of the $1.3200 level. Down trendline resistance off the June highs is
coming in today around at $1.3215. Expect support on approach to $1.3100, a
break opens a deeper move toward the 100-dma at 1.3037. Last $1.3126.
