Getting a few questions on new incoming BoE.....>

BOE
BOE: Getting a few questions on new incoming BoE governor Andrew Bailey and what
his stance on rates could be. He is a former deputy governor of the BoE so will
have decent inside knowledge of how the Bank work, but he's never actually sat
on the MPC before and therefore there's no record of his voting history on
interest rates.
- He was head of the Financial Conduct Authority and will *probably* be pretty
neutral on policy at least in the first few quarters of his tenure.
- Perhaps relevant - he joins Lagarde and Powell in being a non-economist at the
head of a major global central bank (he has a PhD in history)
