Governor Adam Glapinski dismisses accusations that he misled the Finance Minister by that he misled the Finance Minister by forecasting a financial gain for FY2023, which would be transferred to the state budget. He says that the forecast provided in August 2023 was unofficial and sent to the Finance Ministry in classified correspondence. The Governor adds that the forecast was already outdated when the new government drafted its budget towards the end of last year.
