NATURAL GAS

The Dutch government has as expected cut production on the Groningen natural gas field.

  • Gas Year 2022-23 output will decrease to a maximum of 2.8bcm, down from 4.5bcm in 2021-22. Output will be lowered to the minimal amount needed to keep wells operational in the coming year.
