UK: Guido Fawkes reporting that no votes will be held in parliament this week,
meaning that both legislation surrounding gov't responses to COVID-19 and
finance bills could both be passed 'on the nod'. 
- This is where MPs will not have to physically walk through the voting lobbies
(a source of concern surrounding COVID-19 contagion) but the bills will be
passed instead by the speaker asking the question (whether the bill should be
passed) aloud in the House of Commons.
- A finance bill has not been 'nodded through' since WW2.
