TURKISH LIRA: Gyrations in TRY continue after touching record highs of Try7.2362
overnight in Asia. The Turkish Central bank announced into the European open
that banks would be provided all needed liquidity, collateral deposit limits for
TRY transactions raised and banks able to borrow FX deposits in 1-mo maturity.
These comments provided a brief welcome relief to Try6.4469, but quickly pared
gains to Try6.9769 before fading. Markets remain on headline watch out of Turkey
on renewed risk concerns, USDTRY last Try6.6476.
