EURO-DOLLAR: Having risen to $1.1782 on largely Euro-yen demand, firmer UST
yields has seen the Euro pare some gains and ease to $1.1766. The benchmark
10-year US treasury yield is now up 0.38% for the session. August French and
Italian Industrial Production provide the event risks for the session ahead,
expectations are for a rise of 0.4% m/m and 0.1% m/m respectively. Resistance is
seen at $1.1788 (Oct4 high), with reported offers around $1.1800, while initial
support is located at $1.1739 (Asia low), a break exposes $1.1718 (Oct9 low).
