Highlights of February JODI oil data released today:

  • Saudi Arabia’s crude production decreased by 3kbpd on the month to 10.45mbpd in February. Crude oil exports fell by 203kbpd month on month to 7.46mbpd in February.
  • Chinese crude oil imports in February increased by 1.06mbpd on the month to 10.99mbpd. Total oil product demand rose by 1.46mbpd to 15.18mbpd in February.
  • US crude production increased by 1.1mbpd month on month in February to 13.60mbpd. This was up by 2.28mbpd from a year prior. US crude exports rose by 1.08mbpd in February to 4.6mbpd.
