UK: In statement to House of Commons, Defence Secretary Ben Wallace confirms
that planners have been sent to Iraq to compile contingency plans and "boost
situational awareness".
- Ships and helicopters in Mid East have been "placed on standby to assist if
need arises". 
- Leader of the opposition Jeremy Corbyn calls Soleimani's killing "illegal". 
- Comes at the same time that NATO announced that it is pulling some of its 500
troops out of Iraq. NATO has also suspended its mission to train Iraqi military
personnel.
