India’s Diesel Exports Fell 11% YoY In Feb, Gasoline Exports Rose 13.3% YoY

India’s diesel exports in February fell by 11% year on year, while gasoline exports rose by 13.3% on the year according to the oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell.

  • Diesel exports totalled 2.1mn tons last month and gasoline exports stood at 1.4mn.
  • Overall refined product exports rose by 13% month on month to 5.1mn tons, but remained 4.1% lower on the year.
  • India’s crude oil imports in February rose by 8.5% year on year to 19.1mn tons.
  • Refinery runs declined by 8.8% month on month to 20.8mn tons, but up by 2% on the year.
