Iraq’s July Crude Exports Rose to Highest Since March

Iraq’s crude oil exports totaled 106.75mn barrels, or 3.44mbpd, in July, up from 3.335mbpd in June and the highest monthly level since March according to the Iraqi Oil Ministry.

  • The country’s crude oil exports stood at 3.534mbpd in March according to the Ministry.
  • Iraq is currently awaiting a visit from the Turkish President Erdogan to discuss the resumption of flows from the country’s northern fields via a pipeline to the Turkish port of Ceyhan. No official date has been announced, however, the visit was said to be taking place in the near future.
