US TSY/RECAP: It was a generally quiet session for the space, Tsy yields tracked
swings in the USD on the day.
- The curve unwound a small portion of the steepening seen since Friday.
- Quiet two-way flow noted on net, FX/program trade reacting to USD moves
observed, there was light deal-tied flow in 3s, 5s & 10s.
- Short end Tsys held mildly lower after the $35bn 2-Year provided a modest
tail, with the cover ratio edging higher and the dealer takedown edging slightly
lower.
- Eurodollar futures were mildly higher across the strip, in a tight range on
low volume.
- Focus remains on Friday's U.S. GDP print.
- T-Notes last at 119.17, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields closed at 2.949%.
