Land transaction sales in 50 major Chinese....>

CHINA: Land transaction sales in 50 major Chinese cities in the January to July
period totaled 103.7 million square meters, an 18% increase over the same period
in 2016 and an increase of 27% over the same period of 2015, according to
E-house, a property information and service provider. July saw 16.24 million
square meters of sales, a 6% year-on-year increase but a 10% m/m fall, E-house
said. E-house said the increase in transactions was due to a large amount of
land supplies at the local level and property developers' strategy to add more
land reserves.
