US TSYS: Little noted in the way of broader headline risk matters overnight,
although the escalating U.S.-Huawei situation provided some support in early
dealing. T-Notes ultimately failed to breach Wednesday's high, and faded as
Aussie bond futures pulled back from best levels after an initial knee-jerk
higher in the wake of local labour market data.
- T-Notes trade mid-range, with yields a touch lower across the curve.
- Flow of note included a 10.0K block buyer of the TYN9 124.00/123.00 put
spread.
- Eurodollar futures trade -0.25 tick lower to 1.0 tick higher. Option flow saw
a buyer of the 0EM9 97.750/97.625 1x2 put spread.
- Focus Thursdays turns to addresses from Fed's Brainard, Kashkari and Quarles,
with housing starts and building permits data also due.
- T-Notes last 124.23, 10-Year cash Tsy yields last 2.366%
