India’s Gail issued a swap tender for 24 cargoes in 2025, according to Reuters, with 24 deliveries to India in exchange for 24 US FOB loadings. This adds to Gail’s purchase of a DES Dabhol cargo for late December delivery at around $14/MMBtu via tender.

  • In the Platts MOC, PetroChina sold a DES spot cargo of 3.4 TBtu to Shell on Nov. 16 at $16.75/MMBtu for Jan. 7-9 delivery into Tangshan, China
  • Thailand’s PTT issued a buy tender closing Nov. 16 for one December cargo and two January cargoes, Bloomberg sources said.
  • Looking at suppliers, Adnoc sold a cargo DES to Middle East/Africa for late December/early January source said.
  • Petronet delayed the deadline for its Nov. 9 tender to Nov. 16. It is offering two cargoes for Dec. 25-Feb 15 loading at Kochi, India, Bloomberg sources said.
  • Angola’s sell tender for a single DES cargo for December delivery closed Nov. 15.
  • Papua New Guinea LNG also released a sell tender which closed Nov. 15 for a DES Southeast Asia cargo for December delivery.
  • Sakhalin Energy is considering the issuance of a seller tender for January loading cargoes, sources told Bloomberg. The tender may be released next week.
