US TSY FUTURES: Long end has bounced, trades mildly higher/session highs. While
move started after ADP private jobs data (w/US$/Yen paring gains), additional
impetus appears to be widening sovereign spds, notably Italy pushing wider vs.
Bunds (+8.3, 243.5). Current cash 10Y 100-10.5 (2.835%) vs. 100-03.5 (2.860%) on
the open. Curves back to flattening:
* 2s10s -0.858, 29.404 (29.222L/31.148H);
* 2s30s -1.222, 41.813 (41.561L/43.722H);
* 5s30s -0.851, 22.739 (22.280L/23.548H);
Current futures levels:
* Sep Ultra bonds up 5/32 at 160-04 (159-11L/160-06H)
* Sep 30-yr Bond futures up /32 at 145-14 (144-27L/145-15H)
* Sep 10-yr futures down .5/32 at 120-09.5 (120-03L/120-11.5H)
* Sep 5-yr futures down .5/32 at 113-19.25 (113-16L/113-21H)
* Sep 2-yr futures down .5/32 at 105-28.5 (105-27.25L/105-29.25H)
