The EU seems likely to postpone next week's meeting of the EU-US Trade and Tech Council in Pittsburgh, following the diplomatic row over Australia's decision to cancel a submarine contract with France in favour of a US-UK nuclear option, says Iuliu Winkler MEP, who sits on the European Parliament's International Trade Committee.

The TTC was set up by the two sides to coordinate on tackling global challenges in global trade and technology, such as supply chain security, misuse of data, climate and green technology, human rights and investment screening.
