St. Louis Fed President James Bullard said Thursday rising 10-year Treasury note yields are not a reason for concern but rather a sign of hopes for a stronger economy.
"With growth prospects improving and inflation expectations rising, the concordant rise in the 10-year Treasury yield is appropriate," Bullard said.
