A quick update on European bond futures positioning (our full update will be out next Monday):
- Across the space, last week saw longs reduced and shorts set
- Gilt remains flat since our update last Tuesday but now on the cusp of long territory
- Schatz moves from short to very short; Bobl and Bund remain flat, with Buxl remaining very short
- OAT remains short
- BTP remains short though off extreme shorts seen previously
