LONDON (MNI) - Its a quiet data calendar Monday, not helped by the fact the
UK markets are closed for the late summer Bank holiday.
However, not all UK officials are on holiday. The UK's Brexit negotiating
team will be in Brussels as the two sides get down to the third round of talks.
The main European data releases are expected at 0800GMT, with the
publication of the ISTAT Consumer and Business confidence numbers.
At the same time, the ECB will publish the latest M3 money supply numbers.
Across the Atlantic, the US advance trade and advance business inventories
data will be released.
Back in Europe, the ECB will call for bids on the latest 7-day MRO at
1340GMT, before publishing the latest PSPP bond buying data at 1345GMT.
The last release scheduled on the calendar comes at 1430GMT, when the
Dallas Fed manufacturing survey is expected.
