  • Biden met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the first time since December 2023. Biden told Zelenskyy: "The United States will stand with you," but the meeting came amid tensions over remaining restrictions on the use of US-supplied weapons and Biden's decision to skip next week's Ukraine peace summit in Switzerland.
