     LONDON (MNI) - The pace of data releases picks up somewhat Wednesday and
Fed officials also help pad out the calendar.
     Across the Atlantic, the calendar tees off at 0700ET, with the release of
the MBA weekly applications index.
     At the same time, UK PM Theresa May will take her weekly questions at PMQs.
UK think-tank NIESR will publish their latest monthly GDP estimate at 0800ET.
     At the same time, Canadian building permits data will be released.
     The latest US import/export price index will be published at 0830ET.
     Chicago Federal Reserve Bank President Charles Evans participates in a
moderated discussion at the Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Rotary Club 2018 Economic
Breakfast in Lake Forest, Illinois, with audience and media Q&A, started at
0900ET. Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Rob Kaplan participates in a
moderated Q&A at the Weitzman Group Annual Retail Forecast in Dallas, with
audience Q&A, starting at 0910ET.
     US wholesale trade data will be released at 1000ET, alongside the Atlanta
Fed inflation index.
     The weekly DOE weekly crude oil stocks data will be released at 1030ET,
with the Kansas City Fed LMCI data expected at 1100ET.
     St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank President James Bullard will give a
presentation on the "U.S. Economy and Monetary Policy" at the 2018 Economic
Outlook event in St. Louis, with audience Q&A, starting at 1330ET.
