US 5-YR FUTURE TECHS: (H18) Below 113-31+ Targets 112-12+
*RES 4: 114-24+ High Feb 14
*RES 3: 114-17+ High Feb 26
*RES 2: 114-15 21-DMA
*RES 1: 114-09+ Hourly support Feb 27 now resistance
*PRICE: 114-03+ @ 1030GMT
*SUP 1: 113-31+ 2018 Low Feb 15
*SUP 2: 113-25+ Bollinger band base
*SUP 3: 113-22 Weekly Bear channel base
*SUP 4: 112-12+ Monthly Low June 2009
*COMMENTARY: Pressure has returned to the 2018 and 7+yr low with the weekly bear
channel base noted just below. Bears now look for a close below 2018 lows to
confirm focus on 112-12+ last seen in June 2009. O/S daily studies remain the
key concern for bears. Bulls now need a close above 114-17+ to confirm a break
of the 21-DMA and ease bearish pressure. Above 114-24+ is needed to shift
initial focus to 115-03+/08+ where the 55-DMA is noted.
US 10-YR FUTURE TECHS: (H18) Focus Back On Key Support
*RES 4: 121-21+ Daily Bear channel top (off Dec 29 High)
*RES 3: 121-08 Hourly support Feb 9 now resistance
*RES 2: 121-00+ High Feb 26
*RES 1: 120-18+ Hourly support Feb 27 now resistance
*PRICE: 120-12+ @ 1030GMT

*SUP 3: 119-18+ Daily Bear channel base
*SUP 4: 118-24 Low Apr 13 2011
*COMMENTARY: The lack of follow through Thursday left a double daily bottom
120-01/02 with the recovery capped by the 21-DMA. Bulls need a close above
121-08 to gain breathing room and above the bear channel top to hint at a
correction to 122-12+/20. Bears take comfort in the close below 120-15+ that
sees focus reconfirmed on 119-18+/24 where the bear channel base is situated.
The Bollinger base (119-28+) is the key concern for bears.
US 30-YR FUTURE TECHS: (H18) Resistance Clustered 144-21/145-09
*RES 4: 145-09 High Feb 14
*RES 3: 145-03 Daily Bear channel top
*RES 2: 144-27 Highs Feb 16 & 26
*RES 1: 144-21 21-DMA
*PRICE: 143-24 @ 1030GMT
*SUP 1: 143-06 Low Feb 27
*SUP 2: 142-31 Weekly Bollinger band base
*SUP 3: 142-14 2018 Low Feb 21
*SUP 4: 140-24 Daily Bear channel base
*COMMENTARY: The correction from 2018 lows has remained capped ahead of the
21-DMA and daily bear channel top with key resistance layers clustered
144-21/145-09. Bulls need a close above 145-09 to confirm breaks of the 21-DMA
and bear channel top and shift focus back to 147-23/148-22 where the 55-DMA is
situated. Bears remain focused on the bear channel base while the 144-21/145-09
resistance region caps.
US EURODOLLAR TECHS: (H18) One Way Traffic
*RES 4: 98.008 21-DMA
*RES 3: 98.005 Low Feb 12 now resistance
*RES 2: 97.942 High Feb 21
*RES 1: 97.895 Low Feb 22 now resistance
*PRICE: 97.868 @ 1030GMT
*SUP 1: 97.820 Weekly Low Nov 2008
*SUP 2: 97.580 Monthly Low Nov 2008
*SUP 3: 97.480 Weekly High Oct 2008 now support
*SUP 4: 96.900 Weekly Low Oct 2008
*COMMENTARY: The persistent sell-off that has defined Feb so far continues to
result in fresh 2018 and 9+ year lows with immediate focus on the 97.480-580
region were Nov 2008 monthly lows are located. O/S daily studies remain the key
concern for bears. Layers of resistance continue to accumulate and weigh. Bulls
need a close above 97.942 to ease bearish pressure and above the 21-DMA to
target a correction back to 98.100.
