Modest Early Moves Stick

JGBS

Not much to add to our previous commentary when it comes to the JGB space, with futures hitting the lunch bell +3 after their previously flagged downtick on the back of firmer than expected domestic data (which won’t change the BoJ’s posture) and some spill over from wider core FI markets moving away from best levels of the day. Cash JGBs still run little changed to 1.5bp richer across the curve, flattening in the process.
