Tsy futures ticked away from lows into the cash open. Cash Tsys subsequently run little changed to 1.5bp richer across the curve early on, with light bull flattening in play as participants dissect Tuesday’s sharp cheapening/bear flattening. TYU2 deals +0-03 at 120-07.

  • St. Louis Fed President Bullard pointed to a more data-dependent round of tightening going forwards, while he reiterated his view that the Fed Funds target should be at 3.75-4.00% by year-end, which hasn’t had any real impact on the space.
