NEW ZEALAND: New Zealand's election on Saturday ended with the National party
winning 58 seats and the Labour party winning 45 seats, both therefore short of
the 61 seats needed to represent a majority vote in a parliament of 120 seats.
Coalition talks are now underway between the two majority parties, Populist
Winston Peters who won 9 seats becomes Kingmaker, he said he will make his
decision of which party to join 'well before' October 12th.
- NZDUSD is currently at 0.7286, down 4.4 ticks but opened the Asia-Pac session
offered.
- Little to no movement in the NZ 10-Year bond, up 1 tick.
