Nigeria Crude Output Hits 20-Month High in September

Crude and condensate output in Nigeria rose to 1.57m b/d in September, the highest monthly output since Jan 2022, according to Bloomberg citing data from Nigeria’s upstream petroleum regulatory commission.

  • Crude production was 1.35m b/d in September, up from 1.18m b/d in August, also a 20-month high.
  • Loadings from Forcados rose to 8.24m bbl over the month, similarly the highest level since January 2022.
  • Bonny loadings from to 4.21m bbl, up from 3.96m bbl in August.
