The November goods and services trade deficit narrowed to -$43.1b from 
-$46.9b in October. November exports rose by $1.4b while imports fell 
$2.5b. However, A $0.4b m/m increase in November services imports 
was the highest increase on record and was primarily driven by travel 
and transport services, which both rose by $0.1b. The year-to-date 
deficit decreased by $3.9b. The November trade balance reflected 
a decrease in the services surplus to $20.8b and a decrease in the goods 
deficit to -$63.9b.
