EURO-DOLLAR: Opened in Asia at $1.1650 at the low side of the $1.1641 to $1.1837
range witnessed yesterday, where broad-based US dollar strength, a dovish
statement from ECB's Draghi and Catalan concerns, all combined to place the
single currency on the defensive. There is no significant data or schedule

consolidation with a mild downside bias heading into the European open. Support
is seen at $1.1613 (Jul26 low), while resistance is seen at $1.1716 (38.2% fib
on yesterday's decline).
